Motorhomes at Home provides an online platform that connects motorhome travellers with hosts offering private overnight stopover spaces across the United Kingdom. These spaces may include driveways, farms, paddocks, pub car parks, smallholdings, secure yards and other suitable private land.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, becoming a member, listing a space or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership

Motorhomes at Home operates as a membership platform. Members may access search features, listings, booking tools, favourites, messaging, reviews and host application features.

• Membership is currently charged at £15 per year.
• Membership fees provide access to the platform and do not guarantee availability of any specific listing.
• Members are responsible for keeping account details accurate and secure.
• Motorhomes at Home may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their listed space is safe, suitable, accurately described and available for bookings they accept.

• Hosts must provide accurate location, access, pricing, facilities and availability information.
• Hosts must ensure they have the right to offer the space for overnight motorhome stays.
• Hosts are responsible for checking any planning, insurance, tenancy, mortgage, local authority or land-use requirements that may apply.
• Hosts must keep availability calendars updated to avoid double bookings.
• Hosts must not request guests to pay outside the Motorhomes at Home platform where online booking is available.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers must use listed spaces respectfully and in accordance with the host’s rules, booking details and arrival instructions.

• Travellers must provide accurate booking, vehicle and contact information.
• Travellers must ensure their motorhome is suitable for the listing’s access and size restrictions.
• Travellers must leave spaces clean and tidy.
• Travellers must follow quiet hours, pet rules, waste disposal rules and all host instructions.
• Travellers must not damage property, disturb neighbours or misuse facilities.

5. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may be made through the Motorhomes at Home website. A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been completed and confirmation has been issued.

• Hosts set their own nightly pitch price and optional extras.
• Optional extras may include electric hook-up, fresh water, grey water disposal and toilet waste disposal.
• Payment is made through the website using the available checkout or payment provider.
• Booking confirmation may include host details, arrival instructions and booking reference information.

6. Platform Fees

Motorhomes at Home may retain a platform fee from bookings processed through the website.

• The current platform fee model is 10% of the booking fee.
• Hosts receive the remaining amount after the platform fee and any applicable payment processing or payout deductions.
• Fees may be updated from time to time and will be displayed where appropriate.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on booking status, host policy, timing and platform rules.

8. Listings & Content

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, including photos, descriptions, location details, prices, facilities and rules.

• Motorhomes at Home may edit, hide, reject or remove listings that are unsuitable or breach platform standards.
• Users must only upload content they have permission to use.
• Reviews must be honest, respectful and based on genuine experiences.

9. Safety & Conduct

All users must behave respectfully and safely. Motorhomes at Home may remove users who misuse the platform or act in a way that harms hosts, travellers or the community.

• No abusive, threatening, discriminatory or illegal behaviour is permitted.
• Payments should be kept within the website where online booking is available.
• Users should report safety concerns or suspicious activity.
• Hosts and travellers are responsible for their own personal safety and property.

10. Liability

Motorhomes at Home provides a platform connecting hosts and travellers. We do not own, manage or control host properties unless expressly stated.

• Hosts are responsible for their listings and spaces.
• Travellers are responsible for their vehicle, behaviour and use of the space.
• Motorhomes at Home is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, disputes or issues arising from a stay except where required by law.
• Users should ensure they have appropriate insurance, permissions and legal compliance.

11. Accounts

Users must keep login details secure and must not share accounts. Motorhomes at Home may suspend accounts where there is suspected misuse, fraud, non-payment, unsafe behaviour or breach of these terms.
